It is sliced into strips and dipped in sauces like mashed garlic, vinegar, and chili oil. It has a chewy texture and is tangy and spicy, perfect for appetizing. It is the most popular street food in summer. The "Old Li's Pa Cake" shop on Chaoyang Street has been passed down for three generations.

Jinzhou Ya Pear Paste

Made from local Ya Pears, slowly boiled and concentrated. It is translucent, clear, and sweet, with a moistening and lung-nourishing effect. It is a traditional Jinzhou health food, easy to carry, and a popular souvenir for tourists.

Meat-Stuffed Flatbread

A classic Jinzhou combination. A freshly baked sesame flatbread is sliced open and stuffed with braised pork head or beef. The flatbread is crispy, and the meat is fragrant and tender, with a savory and tasty flavor. It is a favorite breakfast and lunch choice for locals. The flavor is best from street stalls that make it fresh.

Ya Pear Soup

A sweet soup made from fresh Ya Pears, tremella fungus, rock sugar, etc. It has a clear, sweet, smooth texture with a rich pear fragrance. It helps clear heat and moisten dryness. It is a common dessert for Jinzhou locals in autumn, prepared both in restaurants and at home.
