A traditional breakfast in Xianxian, made of local soybeans with the "sour pulp curdling" craft to make tofu pudding. It has a tender texture like milk, served with sesame paste, soy sauce, Chinese chive flower sauce, garlic puree, prickly ash oil and other seasonings, with a salty and slightly numb taste. The soup is boiled with more than ten kinds of spices, with a unique flavor.
A special snack in Xianxian, made by filling pig intestines with a mixture of pig blood, starch and spices, boiled and then sliced and fried. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, salty and slightly spicy, can be eaten directly or dipped in vinegar. It is a common food in local night markets, known as "Xianxian Mini BBQ".
