Yuhua District Tourism, Changsha City, Hunan Province

A national 4A-level tourist attraction, covering an area of 140 hectares, collecting and preserving more than 3,000 species of plants. It has multiple specialized gardens such as Cherry Blossom Garden, Azalea Garden, Bamboo Garden, and Rare Plant Area. The garden is in bloom all year round, with cherry blossoms and tulips in spring, lotus in summer, osmanthus in autumn, and plum blossoms in winter. It holds characteristic events such as Cherry Blossom Festival and Tulip Exhibition every year, making it the largest plant viewing and ecological leisure base in Changsha urban area.

A large-scale wildlife zoo in central and southern China, covering an area of 1,500 mu. It raises and exhibits more than 300 species and over 5,000 heads (only) of animals. The park is divided into a vehicle tour area, a walking tour area, and a forest theater, etc. Tourists can take a sightseeing bus to observe ferocious animals up close, and also interact with docile animals in the walking area, making it an ideal place for family trips and animal science popularization education.

The largest intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance base in Hunan Province, integrating intangible cultural heritage display, inheritance experience, and cultural and creative research and development. The museum has exhibition areas for dozens of intangible cultural heritage projects such as Hunan embroidery, ceramics, wood carving, paper cutting, shadow puppetry, etc. Tourists can watch intangible cultural heritage inheritors demonstrate on site, and also participate in experience and production to deeply understand the charm of Huxiang traditional culture.

A key waterfront ecological landscape belt built in Yuhua District, with a total length of about 10 kilometers. Ecological wetlands, water-friendly platforms, fitness trails, cultural squares and other facilities have been built along the river. The scenic belt is rich in vegetation and has a beautiful environment, serving as an urban green corridor for citizens to relax and walk, ride bicycles for fitness, and play with children, showing the perfect integration of modern city and natural ecology.
