Fangxian Huangjiu (Yellow Wine)
A product of Chinese national geographical indication, originating from the Western Zhou Dynasty. Brewed with glutinous rice using ancient methods, it has a bright yellow color and mellow taste, known as "liquid cake".
Fangxian Juanjuan (Rolled Steamed Dish)
A traditional steamed dish in Fangxian, filled with pork, tofu and vermicelli, wrapped in dough and steamed in strips. It has a soft and glutinous taste with a unique flavor.
Fangxian Small Flower Mushrooms
Rare edible fungi growing in the deep mountains of Fangxian, named for the patterns on the mushroom caps. They have thick meat and strong aroma, being a national geographical indication product.
Fangxian Ciba (Glutinous Rice Cake)
Made by pounding glutinous rice, it can be fried, deep-fried or boiled. With a soft and glutinous taste, it is often eaten with honey or white sugar, being a must-have food for local festivals.
