Sansu Garden - The Resting Place of the Three Sus
The final resting place of the great Northern Song literati Su Shi, Su Zhe, and their father Su Xun. The garden includes the Three Sus Tombs, Guangqing Temple, Three Sus Shrine and other buildings, with numerous stone inscriptions and towering ancient cypresses. It is the only cultural relic site in China where the father and two sons of the Su family are buried together.

Sansu Garden
A national-level cultural relic protection unit, it is the burial place of Su Shi and Su Zhe, literati of the Northern Song Dynasty, and the clothes tomb of Su Xun. Covering an area of 140,000 square meters, it has the spectacle of "three scholars in one family, buried in one garden mausoleum". The garden preserves the Three Sus Shrine, Guangqing Temple, Dongpo Stone Forest and other structures from the Ming and Qing dynasties, with stone inscriptions containing more than 300 poems by Su Shi.
Jiaxian Confucian Temple
A national-level cultural relic protection unit, first built in the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, with existing buildings remaining from the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is one of the most well-preserved county-level Confucian temples in Henan Province, famous for the "Dragon Cypress Screen Wall" and "carving art". The Dacheng Hall preserves the stone carvings of "Confucius' Holy Traits" from the Qing Dynasty, showing the inheritance of Confucian culture.
Jiaxian Museum
A local comprehensive museum with a collection of more than 3,000 cultural relics, featuring Neolithic pottery, Shang and Zhou bronze wares, and Tang and Song porcelain. It has exhibition halls such as the "Three Sus Culture Exhibition" and "Linfeng Village Special Exhibition", systematically showing the historical context of Jiaxian from ancient times to modern times.

Linfeng Village
A national-level cultural relic protection unit, first built at the end of the Ming Dynasty. It is a rare well-preserved red stone ancient village in China. The village wall is built with local red sandstone, with a circumference of 1,100 meters, equipped with crenellations, watchtowers and other defensive facilities. More than 40 Ming and Qing dwellings are preserved in the village, known as "the first red stone ancient village in the Central Plains" and "a living ancient village".
Jiaxian Youth Educated Youth Park
A park themed on educated youth culture, preserving physical objects such as dormitories, labor tools, letters and diaries of educated youth from 1968 to 1978. It restores historical scenes of educated youth going to the countryside through scene reconstruction, and is an important window to understand the social customs of a specific historical period.
Jiaxian Specialty Street
A street focusing on selling Jiaxian's local products, mainly operating special flour for Heluo Noodles, seasonings, Jiaxian beef, Tofu Vegetable Soup ingredient packages, etc. You can watch the Heluo Noodle making skills on site, purchase intangible cultural heritage food souvenirs, and experience the charm of local food culture.

Jiaxian Heluo Noodles

A national geographical indication product, originating from the Western Han Dynasty. Made from buckwheat flour or wheat flour, pressed with a special Heluo noodle machine, the noodles are thin and chewy, served with mutton soup and mutton slices, sprinkled with scallions and coriander, with a unique flavor. Known as "the first noodle in China", its making technique is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.

Jiaxian Tofu Vegetable Soup

A local traditional breakfast, mainly made of tofu, vermicelli and sheep offal, boiled with sheep soup, added with chili, Chinese prickly ash and other seasonings, fragrant and slightly spicy. Served with sesame seed cakes, it is the "energy supply station" for Jiaxian people in the morning, with a strong market atmosphere.

Jiaxian Beef

Selected from local free-range yellow cattle, made through multiple processes such as marinating and braising. The meat is firm, with a rich sauce flavor, can be eaten directly or cold mixed. It is a common dish on Jiaxian's banquet and family tables, and also a good gift.

Pohe Radish

A specialty of Pohe Village, Jiaxian County. Due to the special sandy soil and water quality in the local area, the radishes produced are crisp, sweet and juicy, without spiciness. They can be eaten raw or pickled, known as "fruit radishes". They were once used as tributes in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and are a characteristic winter vegetable.
