As a national key cultural relic protection unit, it was founded in 1938 and was an important united front education base against Japanese aggression in southern China during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. The former site is a courtyard-style building, with restored scenes such as exhibition halls, classrooms, and dormitories. It displays historical photos, documents, and physical exhibits, vividly showing the school-running process and revolutionary spirit of the institute.

Fuyi River is a tributary of the Zijiang River, flowing through about 70 kilometers in Shaoyang County. On both banks, green mountains stand opposite each other, and farmlands are scattered. The scenic belt has walking plank roads, viewing platforms, and riverside parks. You can take a boat tour to enjoy the river view. In spring, rapeseed flowers bloom on both banks, forming a golden sea; in autumn, the river water is clear and the forests are dyed in layers, making it a good place for leisure walking and photography.

Wufengpu Town is a time-honored commercial ancient town, with more than 50 ancient residences from the Ming and Qing dynasties to the Republic of China period remaining. Mainly of brick and wood structure, it integrates the characteristics of southern Hunan residences and commercial port architecture, mostly three-entry courtyards with exquisite brick carvings and wood carvings. It preserves guildhall buildings such as Yu Palace and Jiangxi Guildhall, showing the prosperous scene of the former commercial port.

An important ecological agricultural sightseeing base in Shaoyang County, with pear trees planted over 1,000 mu (about 66.67 hectares), including varieties such as Cuiguan and Huangjin pears. In spring, pear blossoms bloom like a sea of snow; in autumn, the orchard is full of fruits available for picking. It has sightseeing trails and rest pavilions, where you can experience farming activities, taste fresh pears, and enjoy pastoral fun.

A natural scenic area relying on Jinjiang Reservoir, with a lake surface area of about 2.8 square kilometers. The lake is surrounded by mountains with high vegetation coverage and excellent water quality. Activities such as fishing, boating, and hiking are available in the scenic area, with camping bases and viewing platforms. In the evening, the lake surface shimmers with waves and mountain shadows are reflected, presenting a pleasant scenery.
