Anyang Liaohua
A traditional snack in Long'an District, originating in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Made from glutinous rice and white sugar, fried and coated with sesame seeds, it has a crispy and sweet taste, and is one of the eight famous pastries in Anyang.
Fenjiang Rice
