A representative dish of the Miao people, using rice field fish raised with Leigong Mountain spring water, stewed with Miaojia secret sour soup and litsea cubeba. The soup is bright red, sour and spicy to stimulate the appetite, and the fish meat is tender, which is the highest courtesy of the Miao people to entertain guests.
A provincial intangible cultural heritage, made by sealing and fermenting small fish from Leigong Stream with chili, rice wine, etc. It has a rich sauce flavor, can be steamed or stir-fried, and there is a folk proverb that "one spoon of fish sauce goes with three bowls of rice". It was featured on "A Bite of China" in 2014.
A special food for the Miao Gucang Festival, made of pork belly from local black-haired pigs, marinated in a special way and then steamed and boiled. It is fat but not greasy, melts in the mouth, and is the core sacrificial food of the Gucang Festival which is held once every thirteen years.
A national geographical indication product, growing in the cloud and mist zone at an altitude of 1400 meters on Leigong Mountain. The tea soup is clear, the aroma is long-lasting, and it contains rich trace elements. It was a tribute tea during the Ming and Qing dynasties, known as the "Miaoling Cloud and Mist Tea".
