A special dish of Huizhou, made by layering preserved vegetables and pork belly and steaming. The meat is fat but not greasy, the preserved vegetables absorb the meat aroma, salty and delicious, an excellent dish with rice.
Hengli Tang Fen (Hengli Rice Noodles in Soup)
A special snack from Hengli Town, Huicheng District. It uses pork bones, chicken bones, etc. to make a thick soup, served with handmade rice noodles and marinated meat, with fresh soup and smooth rice noodles, unique flavor.
Ai Ban (Hakka Mugwort Cake)
