Liangzihu Lake Wuchang Fish
One of the authentic producing areas of Wuchang fish, with tender meat, can be steamed, braised in brown sauce or boiled in soup. Mao Zedong's famous line "Just drunk the water of Changsha, and ate Wuchang fish again" made it famous.
