Deshengkou Great Wall

One of the seventy-two forts of Ming Dynasty Datong Town, named for "assisting war horses in defending the border." Existing east fort gate, temple ruins and some residential buildings. The fort retains traditional rammed earth architecture, holding an ancient temple fair annually on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, continuing frontier fortress folk customs.
Zhenlu Fort
Ming Dynasty defensive fort, forming a defense system with Desheng Fort and Juqiang Fort. Existing north wall and west gate ruins, wall about 8 meters high with clearly visible rammed earth layers. Well-preserved beacon tower ruins outside the fort, exuding a strong sense of historical vicissitude.
Juqiang Fort
Military fort along the Ming Great Wall, named for "repelling enemies beyond the wall." Existing partial fort walls and rammed earth bases, with remnants of Ming Dynasty residential ruins visible inside. The surrounding Great Wall winds along the mountain ridge, making it a niche destination for hiking and photography.
