Must-Try Foods in Qian County
Qianzhou Pot Helmet
The number one of Qian County's four treasures, a thick cake over a foot in diameter, baked in a special hanging oven. The outer crust is golden and crispy, the inside is snow-white and soft, rich in wheat aroma and easy to store.
Tofu Pudding
Qian County specialty breakfast, made from local soybeans, served with secret broth and oil-splashed chili. Rich soybean flavor, melts in the mouth, perfectly paired with pot helmet.
Fried Crisp Pastry
Qian County traditional fried pastry, made with horse oil and flour for the crust, filled with rock sugar, green and red silk and other fillings. Crispy on the outside and sweet inside, once a Tang Dynasty court tribute.
