Tortoise-Snake Mountain
Danxia landform scenic area, mountain shape resembling a tortoise and snake entwined. From the summit, overlook the Jinghe River canyon. Features Song Dynasty cliff inscriptions, one of Binzhou's eight scenic spots known as Tortoise-Snake Auspicious Sign.

Binzhou Yumian Noodles

Binzhou traditional noodle dish, said to have been invented by King Tai of Zhou, Gongdanfu, when he lived in Bin. Made with special techniques, thin as paper and white as jade, served with garlic paste and oil-splashed chili, chewy and smooth.

Binzhou Pear

China National Geographical Indication product, cultivation began in the Qin-Han period. Large fruit with small core, thin skin and abundant juice, high sugar content. Was a tribute item in the Qing Dynasty, known for cough relief and lung nourishment effects.

Buckwheat Jelly
