Zhongzhan Braised Noodles
A special pasta in Zhongzhan District, different from Zhengzhou Braised Noodles, its noodles are more chewy, the soup is slow-cooked with sheep bones and Chinese herbal medicines, served with mutton, fungus, and vermicelli, with a rich flavor, it is the favorite staple food of miners.
Mining Area Big Bone
Originated from the dietary culture of coal miners, selected pork tube bones are marinated with various spices, the meat is soft and falls off the bone, the bone marrow is full, served with garlic paste dip, salty and delicious, it is a staple dish for entertaining guests locally.
Youcha (Oil Tea)
