Intangible cultural heritage food of Liuzhi, made of local buckwheat, served with secret fermented bean curd and chili oil. It has a cold, sour and spicy taste, with a history of more than 300 years, and has won the title of "Famous Guizhou Snack".
A festival food of the Buyi ethnic group, dyed with plants such as sweetgum leaves and purple blue grass. It is colorful, symbolizing a bumper harvest of grain, and eaten with cured meat and red bean paste, with a unique fragrance of plants and trees.
Handmade noodles, a specialty of Liuzhi, kneaded with mountain spring water and made through seven calendering processes. The noodles are chewy and smooth, and do not stick together after long cooking. They were once a tribute in the Qing Dynasty.
