A national 5A-level scenic area and a key national cultural relic protection unit, it is the resting place of Yandi Shennong, the ancestor of the Chinese nation. Covering an area of 5 square kilometers, the scenic area consists of a sacrifice area, a homage area and a memory area, with buildings such as the Meridian Gate, the Sacrifice Hall, Yandi's Tomb and Shennong Hall. A statue of Yandi is enshrined in the hall, and there are inscriptions of sacrifices from past dynasties. A national-level public memorial ceremony is held every Qingming Festival, making it a sacred place for Chinese people around the world to seek roots and offer sacrifices to ancestors.
Red Army Slogan Museum
The only thematic museum in China themed on Red Army slogans, with a construction area of 3,800 square meters. It houses 336 rubbings of physical Red Army slogans and 234 replicas, covering political, military and economic slogans of the Hunan-Jiangxi Soviet Area during the Land Revolution period. Through scene restoration and multimedia interaction, it shows the historical background and revolutionary significance of Red Army slogans, and is an important base for red culture research and study.
Miquan Academy
Founded during the Jiading period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1208-1224), it is a famous ancient academy on the border of Hunan and Jiangxi. The existing buildings were rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of about 2,000 square meters, with lecture halls, dormitories, Wenchang Pavilion, etc. The academy was once an important place for spreading Confucian culture, and in modern times it became an old site of Red Army activities. Mao Zedong once held a meeting here, which has both cultural heritage and red memory.

A national nature reserve and a national 4A-level scenic area, covering a total area of 100 square kilometers with a forest coverage rate of 98.75%. The concentration of negative oxygen ions ranks among the top in Asia. The scenic area has landscapes such as Pearl Curtain Waterfall (177 meters drop), Tree Embracing Stone, Black Dragon Pool, and Shennong Waterfall. The canyon is deep, streams gurgle, and rare animals such as clouded leopards and yellow-bellied tragopans inhabit here, making it a natural "ecological oxygen bar" and summer resort.
Lingfeng Peak
The highest peak in Hunan, with an altitude of 2115.2 meters, located in the middle section of the Luoxiao Mountains, belonging to the core area of Shennong Valley National Forest Park. The hiking trail to the top is about 8 kilometers long, passing through primeval secondary forests along the way, where you can see alpine meadows, azalea seas (April-May), and sea of clouds wonders (after rain).
