A traditional specialty of Xishui, made from high-quality soybeans through traditional craftsmanship. The tofu skin is as thin as paper with a delicate taste. It can be eaten cold, stir-fried or hot pot, and is a representative local delicacy.
A special snack of Tucheng Ancient Town, with outer skin made of sweet potato flour and filled with sesame, peanut and other fillings. It has a soft and sweet taste and is a time-honored traditional food of the local area.
