Longji Mountain
The highest peak in Huaibei City, named for its mountain shape resembling a dragon's spine. The main peak is 363 meters above sea level. The forest coverage rate is over 95%, making it an ideal place for hiking and forest oxygen absorption.
South Lake Wetland Park
A national 4A-level tourist attraction and the "urban green lung" of Huaibei City, covering a total area of 5.2 square kilometers, including 2.5 square kilometers of water area. The park has landscapes such as reed marshes, lotus ponds, and bird watching platforms, and is inhabited by more than 20 kinds of water birds such as egrets and grey cranes, making it a good place for ecological sightseeing and leisure fishing.
Four Seasons Pomegranate Garden
A national 4A-level tourist attraction with pomegranate culture as the core. It has attractions such as a 10,000-mu pomegranate garden, ancient pomegranate forests from the Ming and Qing dynasties, and a pomegranate museum. A Pomegranate Culture and Tourism Festival is held every September-October, where you can experience pomegranate picking, taste pomegranate wine, and appreciate pomegranate bonsai.
Shishanzi Site
An early Neolithic cultural site with a history of about 7000 years, it is an important prehistoric cultural relic in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River. Cultural relics such as pottery, stone tools, and bone tools have been unearthed here. It is now a national key cultural relic protection unit and has important value for studying the ancient civilization of the Huaihe River Basin.
